How do I make payment for the training?
After submitting your registration form, our team will email you detailed payment instructions. We accept bank transfers to our corporate account, mobile money (MTN MoMo, Vodafone Cash, AirtelTigo Money), and direct deposit at any of our partner banks. An official receipt will be issued upon confirmation of payment.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
Cancellations made at least 14 days before the event (by May 26, 2026) qualify for a full refund minus a GHS 200 administrative fee. Cancellations between 7-13 days before receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable, but you may transfer your seat to a colleague at no extra cost by notifying us in writing.
What should I bring to the training?
Please bring a valid ID, your printed or digital registration confirmation, a notebook or laptop for notes, and any specific tax documents or questions you would like to discuss during the sessions. All training materials, workbooks, lunch, and refreshments are provided. We recommend dressing in smart business casual attire.
Is there a group discount for multiple participants?
Yes. Groups of 3 or more participants from the same organization receive a 10% discount per person. Groups of 5 or more receive a 15% discount. To claim a group rate, contact us before registration so we can issue a customized invoice. The discount applies to the full GHS 4,000 fee.
Will I receive a certificate after completing the training?
Absolutely. All participants who attend both days will receive a Certificate of Completion in Tax Planning & Compliance for Healthcare Enterprises. This certificate is recognized by leading healthcare associations in Ghana and can be used for CPD credit where applicable.
Can I attend only one day of the training?
While we strongly recommend attending both days for the full benefit, single-day attendance is available at GHS 2,500 per day. However, the certificate of completion requires full attendance on both days. Please indicate your preference when registering so we can prepare the right materials for you.
