Communication Training

The module focused on the flow of communication between members of the team. Communication is relevant when building relationships, sharing ideas, delegating responsibilities, managing a team and much more. Communication skills does not only cover the verbal aspect, but also the non-verbal, listening and written skills. Participants will learn how the tools of communication could address frequent misunderstandings and frustrations among employees.
