Nicole Seyram Manu is a Senior Associate, Legal Compliance at Firstcode Management Services and brings to bear years of experience working in various legal and compliance roles across multiple industries and jurisdiction. Nicole is experienced in guiding clients to navigate the Ghanaian legal and compliance terrain to create value for their businesses.

Prior to joining Firstcode, Nicole worked in the legal department of the Ghana National Petroleum Corporation and has served as a compliance officer for a private equity fund focused on oil and gas investments in Africa. She also has work experience from leading law firms across Ghana and the United Kingdom.

Nicole holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Macalester College in Minnesota and Postgraduate diplomas in law from City, University of London and BPP University respectively. She has been called to the Bar in Ghana.
