Lestar Asamoah-Asare is an Accountant with Firstcode Management Service. He is a devoted and has very strong mentorship ability.
Prior to his appointment, he was a seasoned banker with over 15 years’ experience in the Banking industry.
He started his career with the Association of Rural Banks-Ghana, Brong-Ahafo Chapter with divergent roles but mostly as an Accounts Officer.
Whiles at the Association of Rural Banks-Ghana, Brong-Ahafo Chapter, he doubled to work for Nana Amoako Atta group of Companies as a Consulting Accountant.

He proceeded to Capital Rural Bank PLC for a short period as the Assistant Microfinance Manager. He got the opportunity to be with Asutifi Rural Bank PLC as an Assistant Internal Auditor and later as the Head of Credit where he managed to increase the Bank loan portfolio to more than hundred percent with high quality assets as the hallmark.

He has a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Cape Coast. He also has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the same University of Cape coast. He has benefitted from a number of workshop and trainings from divergent disciplines some of which include Oil & Gas, entrepreneurship, research and development, etc.
