Emmanuel holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Accounting) from the University of Ghana and is also an ACCA finalist. He previously worked with IT Kaaprose (mining) and the National Identification Authority.
At Firstcode, Emmanuel is on secondment, working in the energy, mining, transport, and engineering sectors within Ghana and other West African countries, which has broadened his knowledge of tax, accounting and operation in the aforementioned sectors over the years.
He has in-depth knowledge of interpreting the IFRS, financial statements and also benefited a lot from accounting and tax training held in-house and externally
Emmanuel is a modern-day accountant not just a number cruncher, he understands the business operation of the client by assisting the client with business processes, negotiation, advisory and representing clients as a project lead.
He has worked on projects such as Jubilee Southeast Field, FPSO (MV21 and 25 Upgrade) in the oil and gas sector, an electric vehicle business start-up and other major client projects.
Emmanuel joined Firstcode in 2019.
